The Latin American Herald reports that the Supreme Court of Mexico has rejected the appeal of accused drug trafficker Felix Arellano, and has authorized his extradition to the United States. According to the LAH, the appeal was grounded on a claim that the US-Mexico Extradition Treaty had never been signed by the President of Mexico.
